How to Invite a Caregiver?

Inviting a Caregiver

1. Go to the People page and click on "Invite HQ"

2. Next, enter their details

Tip: If using Gmail, you can insert a dot in the email address, and our system will consider it a unique email address. But Google will send it to the same email address without a dot in it

3. Next, whoever your invitee will receive an email

4. When accepting the invite, your invitee will be directed online to confirm

And then confirm or change their email

Finally, they are asked to confirm their timezone and telephone number They will receive a text verification code to enter, and their phone will be verified.
