You can invite people to receive alert notifications when swipes are missed on the watch A facilitator has editing rights on the control panel (while a friend does not).
Inviting a Caregiver
The onboarding process involves an invite process whereby friends of the user are invited to receive alerts when the user does not swipe their phone at the alarm times. In this process, the friends receive a text and email message and are invited to go online to an online page where they can complete their registration
It's a good idea to invite a caregiver, to your email and phone, and that way you can test the system from the view of a caregiver. You can use the same phone as was used for the watch owner. However, a separate email address is required for a caregiver.
Important
Once the caregiver has accepted the invitation and verified their phone they have an account on the control panel.
However, it is currently necessary for the caregiver to use the "forgot password" feature on the control panel sign-in page to set a password so that they can then sign in with email username and their new password
On the Vitals Page

and Check Battery information
On the Monitor Page
Check the watch owner's location (by Street map or Satellite view)
And enter Vital information
Note: you currently need to click "edit" and then save the newly entered information
On the Medical Page
Further information and files can be entered, it is only visible to Facilitators
