1. Preset Alarms and Alerts
Alarms are set on the Control panel If they are not disarmed in time then An email and SMS are sent to the caregiver
2. SOS alerts
At any time, the user can send an alert by quickly pressing the Watch button 5 times or by pressing
"Send Alert" on the Watch face"
3. Heartbeat Alerts
High levels can be entered on the owner's Vitals page
The watch will then send alerts when the user's heartbeat is checked and is outside the high range.
4. See Next Alarms
To see alarms the upcoming alarms
Press on the "3 buttons" at the top of the User interface
5. Out of Internet Warning
and is alerted when the watch is out of the internet and an alarm is going to sound soon. or when pressing an SOS but the watch is out of the internet
Important: An alert will be sent if the owner misses an alarm due to being out of the internet!
6. The User can suspend the service
7. Low Battery!
And will be alerted of low battery and given the option to disarm alarms or suspend service
