please take a photo of the log file
In the file manager
Scroll to the end and LONG PRESS on the Log file
OR, Transferring the Log File
- Ensure Bluetooth is ON and connected (Settings/connect)
- As above go to the Log file
Click on the file to select it
Note: Clicking on the file too long will bring up the Logfile contents. This is not wanted Instead, click once briefly and see the SHARE icon
It can be difficult to press the SHARE button with fat fingers
NOTE: There might be multiple Log files, in which case, just transfer the first log file
Press on the Bluetooth icon
Select the computer for Bluetooth transfer
Swapping from one watch to another watch
1. Log out of the old watch
Click on the 3 buttons above "Disarm Next alarm" to navigate to the logout option
- Install APK on the new watch
- Log into the new watch
